Mango Lassi

Składnik na dwa duże koktajle:

1 duże dojrzałe mango (miękkie lub mango w syropie z puszki)

1 i ½ szklanka jogurtu greckiego

1/2 szklanki chłodnej wody

1 łyżka syropu klonowego lub miodu

½ łyżeczki zmielonego kardamonu

sok z połowy cytryny


Mango obieramy ze skórki, jeśli używam Mango z puszki mango odcedzamy z syropu.
Świeże mango kroimy w plasterki ostrym nożem usuwając pestkę z owocu.
Miąższ wkładamy do pojemnika blendera, dodajemy jogurt, wodę, miód lub syrop klonowy, sok z połowy cytryny  oraz kardamon.
Długo miksujemy na bardzo gładki mus.
